At Wayfare support, we provide our team with training in accordance with the high intensity supports skill descriptors. We ensure evidence-based practice and care at our organization also focusing on regular feedbacks for improvement. We conduct ongoing supervision and assessment by our experienced clinical nurses and ensure adherence to individual care plans.
