The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a government funded program that provides support to Australians with a permanent and significant disability, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are under 65 years old
- Have a permanent and significant disability
- Are an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
We provide a range of services tailored to support individuals with disabilities, including Daily Living Support, Community Participation, Personalized Care Plans, Community Participation, Supported independent Living, Mental Health Support. Our goal is to assist participants in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life.
To begin, please contact us to discuss your needs. We will arrange an initial consultation to understand your goals and how we can support you. Following this we will develop a service agreement outlining the services to be provided.
Absolutely. We believe in participant choice and control. If you have preferences regarding your support worker, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Our services are priced in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits. We ensure transparency in our pricing and will provide you with a detailed breakdown during the service agreement process.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Depending on your plan management type, invoices may be sent directly to the NDIA, your plan manager, or to you if you are self-managing.
A service agreement is a contact between you and us that outlines the services we will provide, the costs and the terms and conditions. It ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and responsibilities.
Yes. We understand that circumstances can change. You can request modifications to your service agreement at any time. Termination terms will be specified in the service agreement typically requiring a notice period.
